in the office, i received a receipt for the maintenance from the Personnel Department. Then i gave that receipt to the HRD manager
later then she's told me to pass on that receipt to the Accounting Department for the payment.
so... i just did pass it to them... guess what?? they refuse to accept the receipt, they told me that they can't accept it without the request paper from the purchasing department.
(yeahh i hate this silly administrative procedure thing like this XDDD)
next.. i flee away to the purchasing department, after talking bla bla bla and writing bla bla bla and waiting for the signature XDD
finally i got the request paper!!
yeah u can guess it, "ore-sama" back to that accounting department to give that request paper and the receipt. They read it.... they still read it.... they called someone.... they read it again....
and finally they accept it and ask me to go back to my department ^^
yapss, does it end like this?????? ^^
after giving a "class" to the production department. I head back to my desk, right before i take a seat, the manager called me to go to her room.
She showed me a copy of note from accounting department.... and then she told me to read it.
i see the "to : Mr. President" words....
XD then i continue to read it......
it said... the purchasing department has made a mistake by giving a request paper to the HRD department after the receipt comes out.
well i thought i'll be kick out by my boss there XDDD
after a few minutes........ the Purchasing department giving a report to the personnel manager that the one who have to process the request paper is the one who have the responbility for the maintenance, not the HRD. The HRD should receive two notes, the receipt and the request, not only the receipt. Yap... and then the person who handle the maintenance called by the personnel manager to take the "hair dryer treatment" ~_~ kawaisou ne
well... the end ^^

if you know how much the payment for the receipt... u'll get laugh too

XDDD so i spend a few hours to process the "Rp. 15.000" wikikiki
really really great to waste my time there, but i enjoyed and having fun with it ^^
4 departments plus the president must be having fun with it too...
